This year my youngest baby started kindergarten! We are quickly getting into a routine and absolutely love her teacher and classmates this year. Due to my volunteer work at the school, she was already comfortable with the layout and many of the teachers, so the transition was so much easier for us than with my older two.
It’s been a long time since I’ve read a love story. I’m glad First Crush Last Love written by Elizabeth McKenna was that story. I’ll be honest when I first started it I just knew I wanted to throttle Jessie – the main character who pined away for a guy who seemed to take their “friendship” for granted throughout high school.
As I got engrossed in their stories, so many memories and realizations set in from my high school days.
