Little things like eating breakfast and healthy snacks throughout the day that I’ve gotten away from will make a huge difference in the long run. I participated in Body Systems Fit Club 30 Day Fitness Challenge and other than this past week that I’ve been sick, I felt a huge difference. I’m going to recommit to the challenge from start to finish since I didn’t get a chance to truly see it through – and, of course, I’ll be providing you with updates along the way. Gotta love accountability, right?
