A few months ago I successfully completed The Launch Sequence offered by Veranda Lane Life and Leadership Coaching. Completed really does not sound like the right choice to use since it was truly the beginning of greatness in my personal and professional life.

If you had to choose one word to describe your focus and intentions for the coming year, what would it be?
A few years ago, I read a novel entitled Thursdays at Eight by Debbie Macomber. Rather than resolutions, the main characters each chose a word for the year. The word was to be something they wanted to focus on, strengthen or embrace. I loved the idea and for the past 3 years as part of my yearly goals I have,

As we make our SMART goals and challenge ourselves to follow-through and be accountable, we have to prepare ourselves. As with any journey, you have to make sure you pack accordingly, chart your path and ensure your vehicle is in tip-top shape.
