No worries…this isn’t one of those deep, thought-provoking posts on how necessary it is to release those things from our lives that are holding us back, down and away from our dreams and aspirations. I’m not going to talk about how we often hold on to people and things unnecessarily in hopes of changing a situation or person that just isn’t ready to change. Let’s not touch on the emotional hold we let certain people and things have over us when they’ve clearly reached and exceeded their expiration dates.
