I’m giving you 2 days notice in case you missed the memo – this Friday, February 3rd is National Wear Red Day®!
This is something near and dear to my heart. My grandmother passed away in April 2006 from stroke-related complications. The signs are often there and preventive measures can be taken, but we have to be informed and educated.
On Friday, Americans will wear red to show their support for women’s health heart. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women! The Heart Truth® created and introduced the Red Dress as the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness in 2002 to remind women of the need to protect their heart health and to inspire us to take ACTION.
I encourage you all to get involved in The Heart Truth® campaign in any way that you can.
Be Blessed Divas and remember to be a blessing to others!!!
