Life Changes

Yesterday I went to register my 4 year old for kindergarten. Where, oh where, has the time gone? I can’t believe that in the fall my precious baby boy will begin his educational journey.
My oldest son is preparing to leave elementary school and enter, gasp!, middle school. Orchestra, JV sports, school dances…will I be able to survive???

My sweet little diva is still at that wonderful stage where Mommy is received with toothless grins and giggles. Surely, she will let me savor these last set of memories before sprouting up before my eyes.  Yeah, right! Teething and learning to babble she’s quickly grasping on to new tasks – calling out DaDa, sitting up unassisted, attempting to hold her bottle, teething….

These life changes are inevitable I know. And, yes, Mommy will suck it up and allow my babies to grow into their own. I will enjoy each new stage. Embrace the challenges each brings. Fondly recalling the memories we’ve created over the years.  It’s all a part of the circle of life and I’m truly blessed to be a part of it.
