I’m excited to share with you all how you can get affordable spring and summer fashions using Totspot – a resale shopping app. Thank you Totspot for the opportunity to use and review your application. As always, even though financial compensation / reimbursement may have been received I only share products and services I truly believe in and have used myself.
My youngest two children are growing like weeds! I know that’s to be expected with little ones, but they both seem to be at that stage that they’re outgrowing many of their clothes before they even get a chance to wear some of them!
My 3-year-old little DIVA completely skipped wearing size 3s and went straight to 4s. And let’s not even touch on how my 7-year-old is almost the same height as his 13-year-old brother – they’re 2 sizes apart right now! Their wardrobe budget could easily surpass the rest of our family’s combined!
And they both are very particular and have begun carving out their own styles and preferences early. Baby Boy was literally in tears on picture day because I wanted him to wear a shirt that was not his “style”.
Thankfully, to help my budget and appeal to their growth spurts and sense of style – we’ve discovered Totspot.
Totspot is a resale shopping app for kids’ clothing, shoes and accessories.
We’ve been using the app for the past few weeks to list our clothes that are in great condition for sale and to update my youngest two’s wardrobe.
I love that Totspot is so easy to use! Of course, my little ones (who seem to have my phone more than I do some days) noticed the new app and had a grand time perusing the site, searching for new clothing and “liking” items as a way to give me not-so-subtle hints about what they wanted.
To make your searching easier, you can set up tabs for each child that’s customized with their sizes. Miss V and Baby Boy both know which tab is theirs and have become quite the online shoppers in recent weeks.
As you can tell, there are very few dull moments with these two! Thanks to the great finds on Totspot we were able to get Miss V this cute spring / summer dress that was “sooooo cayute!” according to her and Bradley had to have the “totally awesome” t-shirt with the drum set.
Another benefit to Totspot, I enjoyed was the ability to quickly bundle items from one seller and take advantage of any specials they may be offering (such as 10% off 2 or more items).
When listing my items to sell, it really was as easy as snapping a few photos, adding a price and some details and “ta-da” my item was posted and ready to sell.
Totspot is a free app and available through the Apple App Store or Google Play. There’s a feeling of community on Totspot that I like – users can follow your closet (items you have listed for sale); favorite and comment on your items listed and even quickly share your items with their followers and social media accounts. You can, also, connect with them via Facebook and don’t forget to tag them on Instagram!
