Welcome to week 3 of our Thankful Thursday Link-Up! I encourage you to share at least one thing you’re thankful for from this past week and linking up your own gratitude posts so we can support and motivate one another!

keep-calm-and-get-your-gratitude-on-2

This week I’m thankful  for:

  • my employees at work who have been working super hard and making some great progress in our department – and making me look really good at the same time. As a supervisor, I realize I’m only as effective as the team I work with and try to motivate, inspire and assist them all ways that I can. I’ve often worked on teams where those in charge are unable or unwilling to put the work in with the rest of those involved and I try my hardest to have a team player attitude and keep an open door policy.
  • my husband celebrated his xxxnth birthday last week – he’s feeling a little something about his age but I’m thankful for another year of growth, support and love
  • my friends who help keep me balanced and allow me to vent but still keep it real with me when I’m having an un-diva-like moment
  • that calming voice that speaks to me at the most unexpected moments to remind me that He will never leave me nor forsake me and that I need to cast all my cares and concerns to Him

Thankful Thursday

Hello my dear! Is it Thursday already?? Wow. Not grateful for much this week but always grateful for my family. Also I am very grateful for my girls and the fact we will be taking a vacation soon.

  • I am thankful for every moment… the laughter of my kids, the smiles on their faces, and that they have no clue about the cruelty of the world around them

The innocence of children humbles and inspires me! It makes me want to protect them as long as possible. Thanks so much for stopping by!
