This post on my female entrepreneur fall fashion style is NOT a sponsored post. The items featured were purchased and there was no expectation of a formal review or feature.
Ready or not fall is here! Honestly speaking, here in the South that really is not a big deal until the end of October most years. However, I am excited about sweater and boots season making its way here, eventually.

Designing a business model
To succeed in any business,
All women should try to launch a business at some point during their lives. At the end of the day, you have nothing to lose, and you might make a fortune. Working for other people means you will never have the opportunities you might find in the corporate world. With that in mind, I wanted to release a post that highlighted some tips to help you get started. While I won’t have time to cover everything today,
Learning to balance work and other activities is important. It’s especially difficult to put in a full day at your regular job and then go home and work some more when you decide to start your own business. Believe me, this Diva definitely can relate. My website has become a full-time job and I have balanced it with working a 40+ hour a week job, a direct sales business, family obligations and, (gasp!) a life.
More and more Divas are stepping out and making the choice to make their part-time endeavors their full-time focus. Working from home definitely has its benefits – especially when it comes to work-life balance and the flexibility to be more present for your family. I’ll keep it real with you, working from home, also, has its own set of stressors. If we’re connected on social media, you’ll see that I attempt to share the good and the not-so-good that may be glossed over at times.
Owning and running your own business can definitely be a lot of fun. I recently had the opportunity to sit down and chat with a fellow Divapreneur that owns a local restaurant and had to ask “how do you keep the plates spinning?” Balancing her work and social life while serving scrumptious delicacies and amazing customer service.
Let’s be real, as a restaurant owner you are creating a social hub where people come to have a good time with friends and family.
There’s never been a better time for women with aspirations to thrive in the world of business. More and more Divapreneurs are taking life by the horns by starting their own companies, and you could be next. But before jumping into the deep end, it’s imperative that you conduct the necessary research. The first question is quite simple: is the idea right for you.
Most creative entrepreneurs will have had a variety of ideas over the years.
